Located in center San Jose this neighborhood of the city was named after the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden, which located nearby. This neighborhood is near the downtown and HWY 880 and is centrally located next to all that downtown has to offer.

Cambrian Park
Located in West San Jose, Cambrian Park is an affordable community to buy a home. Cambrian is know for it's high-ranking schools and low crime rate. Cambrian is bordered by Los Gatos, Willow Glen, Campbell and Almaden Valley.

South San Jose
South San Jose is a generic name given to the many neighborhoods and communities. Some of the communities include Willow Glen, Cambrian Park, Blossom Valley and Almaden Valley. Most people choose South San Jose for it's great schools and many parks.
